Understanding record statuses
Understanding what the valid record statuses are can be helpful in the Data Verification Toolset process. See this table for information on the record statuses that are valid for the database files involved.

The Purchase Order application database files PURCHORDER, POLINE, DBPOPCR, DBPOPLI and do not have a status field. Their status is decided by the fields listed in this table.
