Using HRM when Infor Talent Management is System of Record

When Talent Management is your System of Record (SOR), the data needed for HRM functions are interfaced from TM. Data is interfaced to set up and maintain employees as well as the jobs, positions and supervisors to support those employee records. HRM functions such as Payroll and Absence Management can then be performed.
