HRM interface to WFM

When HRM clients also have the Workforce Management (WFM) application, they must interface data from HRM to WFM and interface data back for payroll processing. The Initial Interface Load program (HR951) is used to load WFM data. CSV files are created that contain the data used to load Employees, Jobs, and Teams in Workbrain. HR951 can also be used to periodically refresh data.

Job data for WFM can be comprised of HRM Jobs or Positions. Clients can make this choice on the Interface Rules program (HR50). WFM will interface data back to HRM so payroll processing can be performed. This data is returned in a CSV file that can be processed by the Time Record Interface CSV program (PR530).
