Defining employee numbers for employee groups

This procedure covers how to create an employee group using employee numbers.

To define employee numbers for employee groups

  1. Access Employee Groups by Employees (HR55.2).
    Note: Use this feature to group people who have no common criteria. – or – Use to add an employee to an existing employee group where the employee does not meet the group criteria.
  2. Select the employees you want to include in the employee group.
