Options for defining HR codes

If you define one of the following HR code types, choose Inquire to transfer to assign levels:

• Performance Rating

• Proficiency

If you select Education Degree, Certification, or Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Attributes), in the Type field, choose Inquire to assign levels and to make the type available on the web via Infor Employee and Manager Self-Service.
