Creating purchase orders with Purchase Order Worksheet (PO23.1)
- Access Purchase Order Worksheet (PO23.1).
- Select the procurement group or company that has order requests that you want to manage.
- To sort order requests, select from the options in the Filter or the Sort By field.
- Select the Inquire form action.
- To manage the purchase order header information (Currency, Shipping, Issue, PO Bill To, User, Intrastat, or Miscellaneous), click Header.
- To select values that default on all or most non-inventory lines of the purchase order, click Default.
- Edit line information on an order request. To add changes, select the Change form action.
- To add a line, choose Select (S) next to the line and select the Add form action.

To release the purchase order, select the Release form
action.
Note: Activity commitments are created at the time of release. If the purchase order is created from a requisition, then the commitment record changes from RQ to PO.
