To define cost of funds accounts for an individual account

  1. Access Average Daily Balance Account Maintenance (AD20.1).
  2. Inquire to display all ADB accounts for the company and posting accounting unit you select.
  3. Consider the following for each account you want to change:

    You want to adjust the number of days in the calculation period

    Type the new number of days in the Days per period and Days per year fields. These values are used to calculate the cost of funds or yield for an account.

    Note: Values from the company fiscal calendar default if you leave the Days per fields blank.
    You want to use this account for cost of funds calculations

    Select an interest account (accounting unit, account, and subaccount number) or total name for each average daily balance account.

    Total names are predefined groups or ranges of accounting units, accounts and subaccounts.
