Can more than one open pay request exist for a Contract/Grant at a time?

Answer: No. Only one open pay request exists for a contract/grant. When you run GM120 in update mode it creates a "released pay request." Running GM120 daily will continue to append (add) expenditures to the pay request until a final pay request is generated (GM121 is run in update mode). Open and processed pay requests can be viewed by accessing Grant Contract pay Requests (GM15.4). GM15.4 is accessed from the amounts tab on GM15 and clicking the Receipts button.
