Defining a company budget record

You can create and maintain a company budget record for the budget ID. Use this procedure to define a company budget record.

  1. Access Budgeted Company Sales (FR02.2).
  2. Select the company, budget ID, fiscal year, and beginning date for which you are creating or maintaining a budget record.
    Note: You can specify any date, for example, a weekly or monthly interval. The dates must ascend. Therefore, the period one date cannot be specified after the period two date.
  3. You can use the form tabs to define transaction dates and transaction amounts. The date field, combined with the amount field, comprise a group. You can use the groups to list up to 53 budgeted amounts; for example, weekly budgets.
