Maintaining a budget journal entry

You can change any of a budget journal entry's parameters after you defined them. You can maintain a budget journal entry with Unreleased status only.

Use this procedure to maintain a budget journal entry.

  1. Access Budget Journal Entry (FB40.1).
  2. Select the company number, fiscal year, budget number, and journal number where you will perform the maintenance.
  3. Select the Inquire special action.
  4. Change the applicable fields on the detail lines.
  5. Select the Change line action next to the budget journal entry that you will maintain.
  6. Select the Change form action.
