Budget Journal Edit Listing (FB240)

Run Budget Journal Edit Listing (FB240) to print a list of budget journal entries created in Budget Journal Entry (FB40). You can define the company, company Group, fiscal year, budget, journal entry range, journal type, journal status, and operator to limit the journal entries in the report.

You also have the option to include or remove journal entries with blank adjustments codes or create a listing that contains only journal entries with blank adjustment codes. You can define up to 10 budget adjustment codes onBudget Journal Edit Listing (FB240) to create a report that contains only journal entries with the specified adjustment codes.

Report output includes Journal Type, Company Number, Budget Number, and Period. The journal type can be Normal (N), Intercompany (I), or Multiple Budgets (B).
