Vendor list

The processing of cXML purchase orders is handled through the ProcessFlow. At this time, the only cXML-formatted outgoing transaction supported is the purchase order. Infor does not support the receipt (inbound) of any cXML-formatted transactions other than the Punchout-related documents. If your business relationship with any given vendor requires that you receive invoices, purchase order acknowledgements, shipping notices, or any other inbound (received by you) documents related to a purchase order sent by you (outbound), then you must select X12 EDI.

The X12 EDI format is handled by another Infor application, Infor Lawson EDI for Supply Chain Management, or Infor Lawson EDI Professional for Supply Chain Management. We recommend that you do not mix your formats because it prevents any matching that you can do from succeeding. For example, sending a cXML purchase order and receiving an X12 purchase order acknowledgement and invoice.

As part of your implementation, plan on testing the transaction with your specific account setup with your punchout vendor.

Take note that you are not restricted to using the vendors on this list. You can use any vendor that conforms to Infor’s implementation of cXML standards for punchout. You can also contact an Infor client account manager to request assistance with testing and configuration of a vendor or to suggest a vendor to add to this list.
