Punchout Users (ED43) and Punchout User Group (ED41)

Punchout users are individuals who have been set up to punchout from the Requisition Center product. Punchout User Groups represent a single punchout-enabled vendor, and zero to many Punchout users (requesters) are associated with the vendor group.
