Updating the mapping fields in the Lawson tables

  1. Access the RQC Configuration Maintenance (RQ95.1) program.
  2. Select Add to import the configurations from the configuration file to the Lawson table.
  3. Select Inquire to show all records in the Lawson table.
  4. Select Punchout.
  5. In the Vendor Name field, select the vendor that is provided some mappings.
  6. Select Inquire and then go to the Mapping Fields tab.
  7. In the FC field, specify C - Change.
  8. Specify the information to update the mappings for your specific implementation.
  9. Select the Change form action to update the mapping.
