Updating the Punchout Vendor in the Lawson tables

  1. Access RQC Configuration Maintenance (RQ95.1).
  2. Select the Add form action to import the configurations from the configuration file to Lawson table.
  3. Select the Inquire form action to show all records in the Lawson table.
  4. Select Punchout.
  5. Specify this information:
    Vendor Name

    Specify the punchout vendor name same as in Punchout User Group (ED41).

    URL

    Specify the punchout vendor URL to access the vendor server.

    If the URL contains any of these characters: > (greater than), < (less than), & (ampersand), " (quote), and ' (apostrophe), then you are required to use the corresponding URL-encoded forms of the characters:

    &gt; represents >

    &lt; represents <

    &amp; represents &

    &quot; represents "

    &apos; represents '

    Vendor To Type

    Specify the type of identifying number for the vendor using:

    1 – DUNS

    2 – NetworkId

    3 – MutuallyDefined

    To

    Specify a number to match the vendor's identifying number.

    Vendor From Type

    Specify the type of identifying number for the vendor if a value is different from the set up in the buyingOrg From ID value:

    1 – DUNS

    2 – NetworkId

    3 – MutuallyDefined

    From

    Specify a number if a value is different from the set up in the buyingOrg From ID value.

    Vendor Sender Type

    Specify the type of identifying number for the vendor if a value is different from the set up in the buyingOrg Sender ID value:

    1 – DUNS

    2 – NetworkId

    3 – MutuallyDefined

    Sender

    Specify a number if a value is different from the set up in the buyingOrg Sender ID value.

    Shared Secret

    Punchout vendor password.

    Doc Type

    Supply a value that will override the default cXML.dtd that is referenced from xml.cxml.org.

    A blank value (value="") will bypass the dtd validation. Otherwise, you can reference a local copy of the cXML.dtd.

    Punchin

    Select Yes to set the punchout vendor as Punchin.

    Select Yes to enable adding of Extrinsic elements such as Requester, Requesting Location, and Requisition Number to the Punch Out Setup Request document.

  6. Specify C - Change in the FC field and select the Change form action to update the punchout vendor.
