Defining the mapping fields in the Lawson tables
- Access the RQC Configuration Maintenance (RQ95.1) program.
- Select Add to import the configurations from the configuration file to the Lawson table.
- Select Inquire to show all records in the Lawson table.
- Select Punchout.
- In the Vendor Name field, select the vendor that is provided some mappings.
- Select Inquire.
- Select Mapping Fields.
- In the FC field, specify A – Add.

Specify this information:
- From Fields

Specify the XML attribute which qualifies the data of interest.
If the element has no attribute, then specify the asterisk (*) character to match "Any or no attribute value" at runtime.
- To Fields

Name of the requisition field that holds the data of interest.

- Mapping Source

Select the name of the XML element that contains the data of interest. The Classification and Extrinsic elements are the most frequently used elements to convey information related to an item.
- Select the Change form action to update the mapping.
