Provider select list
The Provider identifies the software responsible for managing the communications process. The Provider combined with the Method (discussed in Method Select List) describes how data exchange is accomplished.

| LAWS | Lawson EDI provides and manages the communications process. Currently supported protocols: FILE, FTP. |
| GHX | Communications with the GHX ConnectPlus server using TCPIP. |
| LEXI | Communications using Cleo LexiComm using its supported protocols. |
| EXT | Communications handled by an external third party product through command line execution. |
