Mass PO Issue (PO120)

PO120 will extract purchase order data from the Lawson Purchase Order application and write it to a flat file. Among other options, PO120 may be run for multiple vendors or a single vendor. The flat file created by PO120 is called POEDI and is written to:

• LAWDIR/applicationproductline /edi/out/POEDI (UNIX)

• %LAWDIR%\applicationproductline \edi\out\POEDI (Windows)

• LAWDIR / applicationproductline /edi/out/POEDI (System i)

The output from PO120 is the input to ED501, so when you run ED501, you should specify LAWDIR/applicationproductline /edi/out/POEDI as your input file.

ED501 archives a copy of this file in LAWDIR /applicationproductline/archive/out and will delete POEDI after translation.
