Voiding a shipment

At some point, you may need to void an entire shipment. This will void all the lines on a shipment.

Follow these steps to void a shipment:

  1. Access one of the picking, packing, or shipping feedback forms.

    See Performing picking, packing, or shipping feedback.

  2. Inquire on the shipment number that you want to void and select the Void form action.
