Deleting a shipment

At some point, you may need to delete a shipment. For example, to add lines after a shipment was created, you must first delete the shipment. Then, you review the customer order, make the necessary changes, and create a new shipment by running Pick List Print (WH130).

Follow these steps to delete a shipment:

  1. Access one of the picking, packing, or shipping feedback forms.
  2. Inquire on the shipment number that you want to delete and select the Delete form action.

    If you will use one of the Feedback by Batch forms, then select the Delete line action for the shipment to be deleted and the Change form action.

    Note: When you select the Delete form action, the application prompts you to confirm that the shipment will be deleted.
