About finding my customer's order information
There are a variety of ways to find customer order information. You can find a specific order by order number, customer, or hold code. You can also search for released and unreleased orders by order number.
If you search by customer, you can view the customer number, name, ship-to information, order number, and order date. If, for example, you know an order was entered around a certain date, then you can select an order around that date and then use Drill Around to view the order lines, order totals, or other relevant information.
