About the interfacing between Lawson and WMS

Lawson and WMS interface in two ways:

  • Outbound processing is a method where Lawson sends item definitions and transactions to WMS.

  • Inbound processing is a method where WMS sends transactions to Lawson.

These are the Lawson applications involved:

  • Inventory Control (IC)

  • Order Entry (OE)

  • Purchase Order (PO)

  • Warehouse (WH)
