Optional procedure for creating a manual list

You can convert an automatic list to a manual list. This lets you use an automatic list as the starting point, which can be a time saver, while still giving you the option of adding or removing individual items or customers.

Note: This procedure is irreversible. You cannot convert a manual list back to automatic.
  1. Access List (MX10.1) and select the list you want to convert.
    Note: To preserve the automatic list, copy it to a new list name using Copy, then convert the new list to a manual list.
  2. Click New List to access Define List (MX10.2).
  3. Click Manual List to access Manual Item List (IC56.4) or Manual Customer List (AR23.4).
  4. Click Convert to Manual on Manual Item List (IC56.4) or Manual Customer List (AR23.4) to convert the automatic list to a manual list.
