Changing line item information

  1. Access Item Entry (OE10.3).
  2. Inquire on an order. See Period of changing information.
  3. To change line items, consider these options:

    • Add more line items to the order.

    • Delete a line item.

    • Make changes to an individual line item. See step 3a.

      Note: The O (Line Options) button is available for all items.
    1. If you change lines, then consider these buttons which can display:
      P (Price Break) If the item has price breaks at a certain quantity, then you can change the quantity to receive a better price for your customer.
      B (Backorders) If the item is backordered, then you can view inventory at other locations to allocate to your order.
      C (Complementary Items) If the item has complementary items, then you can view and select those items to add to the order.
      O (Line Options) Click this button to change information such as ship-to, hold codes, item discounts, and purchase order details.
  4. Select the Change form action to save the changes.
