Defining a bank transfer table

Complete these steps to define a bank transfer table:

  1. Access Bank Transfer Table (CB02.1).
  2. Use these guidelines to transfer funds between bank accounts:
    Cash Code

    Select a cash code that represents a bank account that you will identify a transaction code.

    Note: You must define the selected cash code on Cash Code (CB00.2).
    From

    Select a transaction code to transfer funds from this cash code. The code must be a valid bank debit type bank service transaction code on Bank Transaction Definition (CB00.4).

    To

    Select a transaction code to transfer funds to this cash code. The code must be a valid bank credit type bank service transaction code on Bank Transaction Definition (CB00.4).

    Expense

    Select a transaction code for bank expenses associated with fund transfers for this cash code. The code must be a valid bank debit type bank service transaction code on Bank Transaction Definition (CB00.4).
