Modifying Additional Information for a Contract

You can modify the additional information for a contract after it has been created. Any modifications must be approved on Contract Modifcation Approval (BR10.8) before they are reflected on Additional Contract Information (BR10.4).

To modify additional information for a contract

  1. Access Contract Modification (BR10.5).
  2. Select the contract for which you want to modify the additional information and select the Load special action to load the previous information.
  3. If you want to change an existing modification, select the modification in the Modification field and use the Load or Inquire action. If you want to create a new modification, enter a modification name, description and modification date.
  4. Select the modifications needed in the appropriate fields on the Periods, Cost, or Hours tabs. Select the add or change form action to save modifications.
  5. Select Attribute from the Cost tab to modify a user-defined attribute using Contract Attribute Modification (BR10.7). Select the add or change form action to save modifications.
  6. Approve the modification on Contract Modification Approval (BR10.8). After approval, the modified values are available on Additional Contract Information (BR10.4).
