To assign specific project scope and project lead values, you can manually add the appropriate values to each activity. But, assuming that you have a large number of small projects led by Joe Brown, you can save time by creating an attribute template that lets you add these values automatically.

  1. Create an attribute template SMALLBROWN for activities that contain these attributes and values:
    PROJECT SCOPE

    SMALL

    PROJECT LEAD

    BROWN, JOE

  2. Use the template on Activity Attributes (AC13.1) to automatically populate these attribute values for the appropriate activities.
