Defining Fee Codes

Fees are additional amounts that are made on a cost plus fixed fee or cost plus award fee contract. These amounts can be used for billing and/or revenue recognition. This procedure describes how to set up fee codes that are assigned to contracts.

To define fee codes

  1. Access Fee Code Setup (BR15.1) .
  2. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Fee Code

    Type an identifier for the fee code and a description. The description appears on the printed invoice.

    Account Category Group or Account Category Range

    Type or select either the account category group or a range of account categories that is the driver for fee calculation.
