What is Revenue Realization?

Revenue realization is run after an invoice has been edited using invoice edit. The program will look at all the adjustments that were made to the revenue amounts on the invoices and make the corresponding revenue realization entries. Revenue realization also lets you post invoice related revenue adjustments to a different Activity, Account Category, Company, Accounting Unit, and Revenue Account, instead of the defaults that were used when originally recognizing revenue using Full Accrual and Cost Plus revenue recognition methods.
