Defining a Customer Renew Date

Use this procedure to create a product maintenance renewal date for a customer.

To define a renewal date

  1. Access Customer Maintenance Renew Date (BR16.2).
  2. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Company

    Select the company associated with the customer for which you are defining a renewal date.

    Customer

    Select the customer for which you are defining the renewal date. The customer must exist on Customer (BR11.1).

    Renew Date

    Type the date on which the current maintenance schedule ends for this customer. This date must be later than the current date.

  3. Select the Add form action to create the renewal date.
