Viewing Activity Balances

Use this procedure to view the activity balances for the Billing and Revenue Management parameters you select.

To analyze activities

  1. Access Activity Analysis (AC90.1).
  2. Use this form to select the data on which you want to inquire. Selecting Data for Balance Inquiries
  3. To view actual, commitment, and budget data, click the Actual, Commitment, Budget button.
  4. To view revenue, cost, actual, and net amounts, click the Profit, Loss button.
  5. To view activity data by account category, click the Account Category button.
  6. To view actual, commitment, and budget amounts by period and fiscal year, click the Periods button.
  7. To view actual, commitment, and budget amounts by an activity view, click the Views button.
