Updating ACA offer data

Use ACA Plan Update (BN108) to change or delete benefit offers.

  1. Access ACA Plan Update (BN108).
  2. Inquire on a plan.
  3. Specify this information:
    Select Insured Plan

    Select Yes if the benefit plan is a self-insured plan.

    Priority

    Select a priority from 1-9999. A benefit plan that offers more coverage has a higher priority than one with less coverage value.

    Offer Code

    Select an IRS offer code. The offer code describes the benefit offer that is extended to the employee. These are the valid values:

    • 1A Qualified Offer

    • 1B MEC & MEV Employee

    • 1C MEC & MEV Employee & Dependents

    • 1D MEC & MEV Employee & Spouse

    • 1E MEC & MEV Employee & Spouse & Dependents

    • 1F MEC not MEV

    • 1G Part Time Self-Insured Offer & Coverage

    • 1H No Offer or not MEC

    • 1I 2015 Qualified Offer Relief & Reserved

    • 1J MEC & MEV Employee & MEC Spouse

    • 1K MEC & MEV Emp & MEC Spouse & Dependents

    • 1L Individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) offered to you only with affordability determined by using the employee’s primary residence location ZIP code

    • 1M Individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) offered to you and your dependents with affordability determined by using the employee’s primary residence location ZIP code

    • 1N Individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) offered to you, your spouse, and dependents with affordability determined by using the employee’s primary residence location ZIP code

    • 2I 2015 Non-Calendar Relief & Reserved

    • WV Waive

    • ** Blank

    Override Cost

    Select an override cost.

    Run Type

    Select Change Offer or Delete Offer.

  4. Click Submit.
