ACA Measurement Assessment Upload (BN549)

Use ACA Measurement Assessment Upload (BN549) to import the ACA Measurement Assessment data that is needed for ACA regulatory processing. The assessment data can be viewed in ACA Measurement Assessment Dates (BN49) or reported using the ACA Measurement Assessment Report (BN249) after the update.

If an external system is processing the payroll records to determine Measurement Assessment Period dates and Benefit Status (Eligible, Not Eligible, Incomplete, or Terminated), then you can use the Measurement Assessment Upload (BN549) to import the external determined Measurement Assessment Dates (BN49) records for the employee that will be used for ACA year end processing. The report view of this data can be seen using the ACA Measurement Assessment report (BN249).

The ACA Hours Update (BN954) and the Measurement Assessment Process (BN149) do not have to be run if the Measurement Assessment Date (BN49) records are being determined by an external system and imported.
