Recurring charge entry

When you control a recurring charge entry, you can assign the responsibility of maintaining item quantities and add-on charges to selected data entry personnel. You can select this control when you set up the billing company.

You can use system login identifications (IDs) to specify which user can maintain quantities for auto-zero items and add-on charges for each billing period. With login IDs, you can designate a certain responsibility to a specific user, such as maintaining a set of services that you sell.

Note: You can assign responsibility only for items and add-on charges that are zeroed out after each billing period.
