Defining dimension selection criteria

You can use selection criteria to select data from a dimension source. The data that meet your criteria will be populated in the budget dimension. For example, if your data source is accounting units, then you can select which accounting units to include in the dimension by specifying a company and level depth, a company group and level depth, or a list of accounting units.

Complete this procedure to define selection criteria for the dimension.

  1. Specify Selection on Dimensions Information (EB10.3). Depending on the dimension's source, one of seven selections forms displays.
