Defining Activity Selection dimension criteria

Activity Group

Specify or select the Activity Group that contains the activities in the budget dimension.

Activity Group Collection

The activities from the activity groups that are associated with the activity group collection are included in the budget dimension.

Level Depth

Specify or select a level depth to identify the activities to include. Selecting a numeric level depth includes only the activities are located at that specific level.

For example, if you select Level Depth 2, then only the activities at level 2 in the activity group structure are selected. No activities from level 1 are included. You can select level depth All Posting (P) to include all posting activities in the activity group regardless of the structure level at which they are located.

Activity List

Specify or select an Activity List that you have established in Lawson Attribute Matrix. When you select this option, the activities that are members of the list are included in the budget dimension.

• Update List: Build a list of members for the dimension based on your activity selection criteria.
  Note: If this is a new budget, then you must click this button to build your list for the first time.
• View Current List: View the list of members in the dimensions. The Activity Preview (EB12.4) form is displayed.
  Note: This action does not rebuild the list.
