Setting security

You can set the security on or off for a particular budget. When security is turned off, any user can access any budget data. When it is turned on, only authorized users can access the budget data.

  1. Click Options from Budget Architect (EB10.1).
  2. Click Security. The Budget Security (EB15.1) form is displayed.
  3. The top button on the form toggles security on and off. If the button indicates Turn Security On, then click it to turn on security. Otherwise, click it to turn off security. The default setting for security is off.
