Translating dunning letter headings

  1. Access Dunning Language Code Maintenance (AR19.2).
  2. Click Translate Dunn Heading to open Translate Dunning Headings (AR19.3).
    Note: Because the headings are positioned in specific fields on the dunning letter, you cannot exceed the maximum number of characters allocated for each heading. To view the number of characters for a field, put the cursor in the field and press the help key (F1). The number of characters is displayed in the help text heading.
  3. Specify the desired language code if the one displayed is not the one that you want to translate. The headings are displayed in English under the Translate From column.
  4. On each line in the Translate To column, specify a translation of the corresponding Translate From heading.
