Setting National Account Statement Processing Rules

You can set national account statement processing rules for customers who are part of a national account group. Use this procedure to set national account statement processing rules.

To set national account statement processing rules

  1. Access National Account (AR12.1).
  2. Click on Statement to access National Account Statement Options (AR12.3).
  3. Define rules for the customer. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Required

    Select Y if statements are required for the customer and N if not.

    Cycle Code

    Select the cycle code that you want the statements to be classified on. Statement cycle codes are defined in Cycle Codes (AR04.1).

    NA Summary

    Select Y if you want the National Account summary statement to be printed and N if not.

    Zero Balance

    Select Y if you want statements to be created for customers with zero balance. Select N if not.

    Past Due Only

    Select Y if you want statements to be created for past due invoices only.

    Over Cr Limit Only

    Select Y if you want statements to be created for customers with balances that exceed the credit limit only. Select N if not.

    Credit Balance

    Select Y if you want statements to be created for customers with a credit balance. Select N if not.

  4. Select OK to save your changes.
