What Are National Account Relationships?

National Accounts identify a payment relationship between customers. A customer belonging to a national account can make payments for any other customers that belong to the same national account. You can also establish a credit limit at this level.

Example

Quick Print is a chain of copy shops. Each shop is a unique customer to maintain customer detail records, and is responsible for maintaining their inventory stock. Payments for all stores typically come from the corporate office, but special orders are paid for by the local stores. With a National Account relationship between stores, cash from one store can be applied to the items of any store in the national account.
