What Are Lockbox Payments?

Lockbox payments are payments collected by your bank from your customers. The bank processes the money and deposits it directly into your account. Through the processing of payments the bank creates records that can be interfaced into the Accounts Receivable application. These records must be in a standard Bank Administration Institute (BAI) format.
