What Accounts Receivable Structures do I Need to Define?

When you set up accounts receivable, there are four sets of structures that must be defined:

  • customer group (including defaults)

  • company (including defaults)

  • customer group-customer

  • company-customer

The following diagram illustrates the relationship between the different structures. These relationships control how various types of information default through the application and allow your companies to share customers across a customer group.
