Defining Customer Classes

Customer classes let you categorize customers who have common characteristics and are used to group customers for reporting and inquiry purposes. A customer class must be made up of a major class and one or more minor classes. Define at least one customer class for each customer group. This procedure describes how to set up customer classes.

To define a customer class

  1. Access Customer Class (AR05.1).
  2. Define customer major and minor classes.
