Creating advanced dunning letters

To print dunning letters, you can select from a basic or advanced letter. The advanced dunning letter process requires a more sophisticated setup but gives you much more options, such as printing letters in any language. The letters are set up and processed at the customer level, but you can override the process at the transaction level also. This section describes how to produce dunning letters using the advanced process.
