Reviewing and modifying the dunning selection

Note:  Dunning Letter Selection Maintenance - Advanced (AR74) lets you view and remove transactions selected for dunning on Dunning Letter Selection (AR140). You can also delete a customer from the dunning selection. Use this to program to change a dunning level or override the dunning fee assessment.
  1. Access Dunning Selection Maintenance - Advanced (AR74.1).
  2. To display the selected customers one at a time, select the N (Next) form action.
  3. Modify the customer selections. Consider these tasks:
    Delete the customer from the dunning selection

    Select Delete form action to select the customer from the dunning selection.

    Remove transactions from the dunning selection

    Select Delete line action on the transaction or transactions that you want to remove.

    Change the dunning level

    Select the Change form action and specify the correct dunning level.

    Override the dunning fee assessment

    Select the Change form action and specify the correct fee.

  4. You cannot change the process code on this form. If you want to change it, then use forms Customer (AR10.1) or Customer Defaults (AR08.1). Then you must rerun Dunning Letter Selection (AR140) with the Reselect field set to Yes and repeat with the review process again.
