Overriding the advanced dunning process

  1. Access Disputes (AR45.1).
  2. To override a dispute, select 1 to bypass dunning entirely or 2 to not send for a collect in the Ovd Dunn field of the dispute that you want to override.
  3. To override an obligation, access Obligations (AR42.6).
  4. Select 1 to bypass dunning entirely or 2 to not send for a collect in the Ovd Dunn field of the dispute that you want to override.
