Creating chargebacks and return to makers

Occasionally, customers partially pay open items or the bank returns the payment to you due to non-payment. Partially paid open items might require you to create a chargeback to the customer for the remaining portion. Returned payments from the bank might require you to create a return to maker (RTM) transaction. This chapter will detail how to create and print chargebacks and RTM's.
