Vendor Labels (AP290)

Run Vendor Labels (AP290) to create address labels for selected vendors. The labels are designed to print three across the page.

The options you select on AP290 include creating labels for:

• A vendor group

• A range of vendors

• Vendors with a specific status (active or inactive)

• Vendors assigned to a specific vendor class

• Vendors assigned to a specific hold code

• Vendors with a user-defined value from Vendor (AP10.1)

Additionally, you can select the number of alignment forms needed (before printing the first address labels), sorting sequence, and decide whether to include alternate locations and contacts, and addresses with an effective date (on or before the date you specify).
