Rebate

A rebate is a returned amount applied to a particular contract. Rebate information is defined in the Contract Management application where rebate amounts and due dates are maintained based on contract details.

When rebates are received as credit memos, the transaction is specified with the corresponding rebate information along with the distributions associated with these transactions.
