Specify values for one attribute and multiple assets

  1. Access Asset Attributes (AM23.1).
  2. Click the Attribute button to open Values by Asset Attributes (AM23.2).
  3. Specify this information:
    Attribute

    You must select an attribute and use the Inquire form action to display, in numerical order, all the assets that exist in the Asset Management application.

    Position To

    You can specify an asset number in this field to find an asset that you want to assign a value to.

    Value

    You can specify a value for any of the assets that are displayed.

    Note: All the values must match the valid value ranges defined for the attribute.
